Well the end of December is closing in fast and what a busy year we've had in Glasgow. It's been great to look back and reflect on our successes as well as welcome youth group Y Sort it into the Think Big Family.

2012 had a big focus on youth. Our team continued to engage with local groups and schools as well setting up work experience places for young people to come into our offices and get a taste for full time employment. These sessions were hugely successful with the kids gaining plenty of experience which will hopefully assist them in achieving employment in adult life.

Who could forget the awesome Wrecked & Wasted battle of the bands event!? The aim was to spread a simple and positive message; you don't need to be 'Wrecked & Wasted' to have an amazing night out with friends. The awesome crowd at the gigs proved this. The event was a major success.

Towards the end of the year we released our fantastic augmented reality cookbook as part of the Dragons' Glen initiative. All proceeds from the book went straight to childrens charity Children 1st. The task was to turn £500 into £5000 and we're glad to report that we made it!

These of course are just highlights from throughout the year. We kept to our environmental roots by regularly arranging canal cleans as well as purchasing 2 bikes for all employees to take advantage of by cycling into work. Check out previous posts on our blog to see what else we've been up to.

Thanks to everyone involved in our projects.

Happy New Year and all the Best for 2013.
