Think Big Glasgow had a visit from Katie Hyson and Ben Plain from the Central Team catching up over successes from the year before to what they can do to improve and support the team in 2013.
A great Q&A session was had, with more requests put to the core team to include more communication with other sites as well as more team-building exercises to promote more engagement within Glasgow. Everyone had agreed to create more awareness within the contact centre by visiting team meetings with a re-vamped Powerpoint presentation.

With everyone discussing their reasons were for joining Think Big in the first place it; was great to see where Think Big nationally was heading in 2013 and how integral the Glasgow site’s passion was going to help the journey.
The passion within the group was recognised as well amongst certain members of Think Big with certificates and vouchers for O2 Academy and O2 ABC.
Ben Plain, Head of Think Big Schools had this to say:
'Greatly enjoyed my time in Glasgow. The core Think Big team are a fantastic, talented and motivated bunch that are inspiring. I am confident from a central perespective this group of people will drive Think Big to the heart of the site and bring others on the journey; creating new possibilities for our business, planet, customers and young people and we [the central team] will be hear to support all the way'.
Couldn't agree more with him. Roll on 2013!
